The Chef

Hi my name is Sam. Growing up in Thailand, I always loved watching my mother cook my favourite stir fry dinner. As I grew older it soon became my obsession. Opening Bangkok Milton has always been a dream of mine and I'm passionate about making and serving authentic Thai cuisine. I enjoy sharing my secret family recipes, we hope you enjoy them too.
